What plans does Agent.ai offer?

Agent.ai offers three ways to use the platform:

• A Free plan with ongoing access to marketplace agents and limited access to premium agents
• Paid plans for individual premium agents, available for $10 per agent per month
• A Pro plan for $25 per month, which includes full access to all premium agents built by Agent.ai

This structure allows users to choose the option that best fits their needs.

What’s included in the Free vs. Paid plans?

All plans include access to:

• The Agent.ai Marketplace
• The Agent.ai Builder, where you can create, edit, and publish your own agents

The difference between plans is how you access premium agents:

• Free users have ongoing access to marketplace agents and limited weekly access to premium agents
• Individual premium agent subscribers have unlimited runs for personal use of that specific agent
• Pro plan subscribers have unlimited runs for personal use across all premium agents built by Agent.ai

How much does the Pro plan cost?

The Pro plan costs $25 per month. The Free plan is available at $0 per month.
Individual premium agents are available for $10 per agent per month.

Can I try premium agents before paying?

Yes. Free users receive a fixed number of runs per week for each premium agent. This allows you to explore and evaluate premium agents before deciding whether to purchase an individual agent or upgrade to Pro.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard credit and debit cards. Additional payment options may be supported in the future.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro, purchase individual premium agents, or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

What happens to my agents if I downgrade?

If you downgrade from Pro to Free:

• Any agents you have built will remain intact after downgrading.
• You retain access to the Agent Builder and Marketplace
• Free plan access rules apply to premium agents

Usage & Access

What are premium agents?

Premium agents are advanced, high-impact agents built and maintained by the Agent.ai team or select community builders. They are designed for deeper, more specialized workflows such as meetings, sales, and marketing, and provide a more polished, ready-to-use experience.

How does premium agent access work on the Free plan?

Free users receive a fixed number of runs per week for each premium agent. This access is intended for exploration and evaluation. Once the weekly limit is reached, the premium agent will not run again until the limit resets, unless the agent is purchased individually or the account is upgraded to Pro.

What does Pro include?

The Pro plan includes **unlimited runs for personal use across all premium agents **built by Agent.ai, without needing to purchase them individually. Pro is designed for users who rely on several premium agents as part of ongoing workflows and want consistent access across multiple agents.

Are there limits on premium agent usage with Pro?

Pro plans include unlimited runs for personal use across all premium agents built by Agent.ai. While Pro usage is not subject to weekly caps under normal use, extremely high or abusive usage may be limited to ensure platform reliability.

Can I purchase just one premium agent instead of Pro?

Yes. If a single premium agent is especially valuable to you, you can purchase that agent individually for $10 per month without upgrading to Pro.

Features & Capabilities

Do paid plans unlock new core features?

No. All users have access to the same core functionality, including the Agent Marketplace and Agent Builder. Paid options affect access to premium agents, not what you can build or publish.

Will Free users lose access to any current features?

No. Marketplace agents remain available on the Free plan, and Free users will continue to have limited access to premium agents.

​

Are premium agents more “advanced” than agents I build myself?

Premium agents are curated and maintained by the Agent.ai team and are designed to provide a high-quality, out-of-the-box experience for specific use cases. Agents you build yourself are not limited by plan and can be just as sophisticated.

Billing & Account Management

​

When will I be charged?

If you purchase a premium agent or upgrade to Pro, you will be charged at the start of your billing period.

​

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Pro or individual premium agent subscriptions from your account settings. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

​

What’s your refund policy?

We don’t offer automatic refunds, but we’re happy to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about a charge, please contact our support team.

​

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Currently, premium agents and Pro plans are offered on a monthly basis only.

​

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment details from your account billing settings.

​

Transition Questions

​

I’m a current Free user. What changes for me?

Agent.ai remains free to use, with ongoing access to marketplace agents. With the introduction of premium agents, Free usage now includes defined weekly access to premium agents rather than unrestricted access. If you rely on premium agents more frequently, you can purchase individual agents or upgrade to Pro.

Will my existing agents continue to work?

Yes. All existing agents will continue to work as expected. Access to premium agents depends on your plan.

​

Do I need to do anything to keep my current setup?

No action is required. You can continue using Agent.ai on the Free plan unless you choose to purchase premium agents or upgrade to Pro.
