Overview

Render a multi-section HTML report with sidebar navigation, section icons, and badges. Accepts a JSON payload with a title, subtitle, and sections array — each section has a key, title, optional icon/badge, and HTML content. The report includes a sticky sidebar on desktop that becomes horizontal tabs on mobile, with scroll-to-section navigation and active-section highlighting.
